I think it stopped working.

Everything was working fine, in fact I had no problem at all the first days I used it. It was until I switched my account to another I have, and it just stopped working. It takes a long time to load all my unfollowers and followers lists, I already know that, but since I switched to my other account, it's taking forever and never loads anything. I even have let everything loading data for about 16 hours and more, and nothing happens, please help me. I even paid the PRO plan, but still isn't working.
