Outdated MermaidJS version

Thanks so much for publishing this plugin! Would it be possible to update to the latest version of MermaidJS? Newer syntax is not currently supported. Thanks again!

Font Awesome icons

Hey there,

It would be great if you could add support for font awesome icons with this extension. Example usage that doesn't currently render the icon.

Support MMD files

Mermaid's official extension is .mmd. The format is not recognized by this extension when opening the file. Would be nice to have this.
