Unable to login

Hi, When I try to use the extension I'm unable to login and just see a perpetual egg timer. Is there something you can suggest for me please as I'd love to try it out?

When I access the extension it just hangs

When I access the extension it just hangs. It shows
a gear turning but nothing happens. I have the Pro
