browser extension does not update office 365 signature

I'm using office 365, installed the chrome browser extension, followed the instructions, received the success when forcing the update. When I open a new email, there is no signature.

WiseStamp disappeared in my Yahoo email

I thought I had a paid subscription but it has disappeared in my Yahoo email. Also I had tried to add a notice of confidentiality to it but it would not save to it? Please advise me on both. thank-you

Wise Stamp Signature

I wanted to add my signature to my Outlook 365 account. I’m a university supervisor at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. I was directed to Wise stamp. I put in my information and I could see it on the screen. I was then directed to open a google account for this to work. I did that, but I was never able to get my signature on my Outlook 365 account. I was told to download Google Chrome and I did that. Still, no signature. Now what?
