Not able to add tab groups

When I add more tab groups it saves them in the instance I'm in, but if I reopen they are not there. What is the problem here?

Save/store more than six groups with a lot of Tabs inside

First thank you for your very helpful AddOn "Save Tab".

Do you delevop this AddOn further? My wish is please: the possiblility to save/store more than six groups.
