the app auto renewed today my insta accnt suspended would you please refund , I didn't use

Hello there , great app and great work but my account got suspended after using the app last month . and today it auto renewed itself would you please refund the subscription. Im planning to use in the future but I want to leave a grace period for instagram to remove any limitations on my account , my email account is mohamed.shenawy92@gmail.com
