Review Audit button not showing & large profile reviews not downloading

I have 3 Business Profiles
The last time I did an audit was the end of February.
I just went in to do my end of month audits and the Review Audit button is no longer on any of the business pages for me to select.
How do i get it back in place on the page?

Also, I have a business profile, with over 1000 reviews, the review starts but doesn't complete, saying it is 'Out of Memory'.
URGENT assistance would very much be appreciated.

Review Audit

I see I am not the only one having this issue- the review audit will say complete and saving but never actually save and download. Need help

No review audit button

Hello,

I have over 30 Google business profiles. Every location showed me the "review audit" button except for 4 locations. Please help me access the data to these 4 profiles. Thanks!

Issue with Phantom GMB Audit Tool – No Data Saved After Review Audit Process

I am reaching out regarding a technical issue I’m experiencing with your Chrome extension. After successfully downloading the extension and logging into my account, I navigate to the Google Business Profile page of the lodging I want to audit. When I click on the “Review Audit” button, the process appears to run normally; however, no data is saved or accessible afterward.

I’ve attempted this several times without success, and I would appreciate any guidance you could provide to help me resolve this issue. I’m currently using your tool as part of the research process for my thesis project, and it would be highly valuable to have it functioning properly.

Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I might have missed or if you require any specific logs or screenshots to assist in diagnosing the problem.
