A very simple plugin to hide all YouTube Shorts from the YouTube homepage and recommended pages. Lightweight and can be toggled on/off when needed. Does not collect any data or track any of your actions. Hopefully YouTube will add this as a standard feature, until then I will keep updating the plugin.
