The only limitation is that you can only record and download audio as .webm. If you want to be able to download as .wav, and get access to new features once they are ready, you need to register with your email. And because this is a paid option, the app needs to collect payment info. This is done via a secure and reliable payment provider used by all of the largest companies in the world.
