If your CSS is hosted on a different domain than your website (ie Squarespace), then the mouse events won't work. Nothing I can do about it. It is impossible to inspect CSS stylesheets that are hosted on a different server.

It simply saves the captures in your browser's default "Downloads" folder. You can change your downloads folder in the chrome settings. Just paste this in the adress bar. chrome://settings/downloads

This is a fantastic tool! I'm wondering if there's a way for the cursor to show when creating automated recordings? I see the cursor in the tutorial video with the manual recording. I'm scared to delete all the automated actions I created to do a manual recording instead, in case I need them again! Thanks for creating this extension 💖.

Great plugin! It would be nice if the floating window could be moved outside of the browser window. For example, when using external screen recording software, I might not want to record the Scroll Capture UI.

Thanks for the comment but I think the floating window would fall behind the website window all the time, it would not be a great experience, and communication between the two windows would be more complicated. But if you press the "Play All Actions" button, the UI goes away so it shouldn't be a problem if you want to capture using another software. You can just crop out the part of the video at the beginning where you click the play button.
