turning one message into a task makes all other messages in all chats a blue tick with "This message has an associated task" Basically unusable

I paid for the lifetime access of this extension, only to be sent to a stripe page to enable live mode, unnecessary step for a purchase... which I did nonetheless to complete the process; yet nothing worked. Once my payment got successful, the page for next steps turned to 404 error. There is no support desk, contact number or email to reach out to.
