A new custom bidding algorithm can be created using a POST
request to the /v3/customBiddingAlgorithms
endpoint.
The request and response bodies both contain an instance of CustomBiddingAlgorithm
.
This operation requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video
OAuth scope.
Display & Video 360 API v3 has sunset. Use v4
instead.
Creates a new custom bidding algorithm. Returns the newly created custom bidding algorithm if successful.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding
syntax.
