Hi Team,

I’d like to understand how and from where the budget values are being generated in the Performance Max campaign type — particularly for objectives such as Website Trafficand others — in Google Ads. Could you please share the relevant API references (e.g., gRPC or REST)and explain how these budget values are being calculated? for fields as above you can see weekely conv value ,avg cost conv.

As shown in the attached screenshot, I’d like to know the source and logic behind these numbers.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Budgets can't be set automatically, you need to set a budget value by your own to know the process for setting up a budget, refer to this helps center . Kindly note that Weekly conv , Weekly conversion_value, Avg. Conversion_value/cost, weekly cost are metrics. C urrently Google Ads API doesn't support 'weekly estimates'. However, I will raise a request to add this feature to be available in the Google Ads API. We cannot provide a scheduled timeline for the availability of this feature in the Google Ads API. I would recommend you to follow our Release Notes and Blog Post for future updates.

You can use the CampaignBudgetService to create a budget and then you can assign it to a campaign. To know how to create a Pmax campaign budget using Google Ads API refer to the provided guide. For average daily budget calculations, refer to the How to calculate average daily budget from a monthly amount .
