Hi,
We're observing a significant number of bid responses with loss code '37' in our Authorized Buyers integration (OpenRTB). I've reviewed both theOpenRTB 3.0 specificationandGoogle's Authorized Buyers documentationbut haven't found any reference to this specific loss code
Can you please help clarify what this loss stands for?
Thanks!

Hello Omer,
Can you describe the field that you're observing to be populated with this value? I suspect you might be referring toBidRequest.ext.bid_feedback, but it's not super clear.
Assuming I was correct though, the value37suggests that the bid was filtered due to an IP denylist. This is not a creative status code I typically see returned, but it may be reflecting a policy that applies to the bidding application, bid, etc. Answers to the following questions may provide some clues that we can work with:
When did this issue start?
Does the issue appear to be be isolated to any particular trading location?
Roughly what % of traffic is impacted?
Aside from that though, my ability to review the specifics of your account is pretty limited on this public support forum, and you should not share account details here. I recommend responding to me via our support alias (adxbuyera...@google.com), which is better suited to questions that involve specifics of your account / implementation. If you could provide your account ID, I could take a closer look.
