Error while sending the device ID

Hi Team,

We are attempting to upload a user list from our internal system to AdX, but we're encountering the following error:

"Invalid grant: account not found"

Could you please investigate and help us identify the root cause of this issue?The credentials being used are shared below for your reference:

Regarding your API call to https://realtimebidding.googleapis.com/v1/{network_id}/userLists/{user_list_id} , please confirm:

  • You are using the correct network_id for your network account.

  • The user_list_id is accurate.

If the issue persists, you may also send us the script you used for uploading the user list. Feel free to reply privately.

Hi Joshua,

To confirm the network ID is the account ID that we use correct me if I'm wrong? And we checked the script the account id value being used is correct.

The only difference we could find was with the in the api call URL which currently in our script is
