First try at site submission always fails

When reporting problematic sites via https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ the first attempt at submitting a report always fails. The second attempt does go through, but you need to remember to re-fill the Type/Category selections since they didn't get transferred from your first attempt.

But I guess the system developers don't read this (mostly dead) group?

Issue is reproducible on my end. First fails, second works.

Hello,

Hello, we are a cybersecurity firm in Türkiye. We report phishing websites to Google via https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ but Google doesn't take any action. What is the reason for this? We report fraudulent URLs that mimic brands, but Google doesn't display any red alert pages. Are we reporting incorrectly? Could you please help us with this?
