No Travel Times Returned From V2 performanceapi.mbta.com

I am attempting to produce travel times between two stops on an MBTA commuter rail line but unfortunately, the performanceapi.mbta.com endpoint is not returning any results. My API call is below:

https://performanceapi.mbta.com/developer/api/v2.1/traveltimes?api_key= <MY_API_KEY>&format=json&from_stop=FR-0132-02&to_stop=FR-0115-02&from_datetime=1700077832&to_datetime=1700164232

The returned response is: {'travel_times': []}

Perhaps my stop IDs are incorrect? Nevertheless, I accessed them from V3 /stops endpoint. I would greatly appreciate any ideas you might have. Thank you very much!
