Responsibilities
Acts in a lead technical role, providing expertise and guidance to groups across the enterprise in the design and support of architecture and infrastructure solutions for Identity and Access Management
Work with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts to build a holistic view of the organizations IAM strategy and Roadmap and align with organizations business and security goals.
Architecture and IAM integration methodologies leveraging open standards for major Walgreens initiatives like Retail and Financial Transformation, Horizon and RxRenewal.
Facilitates and reviews the definition and implementation standards, methodologies and best practices that guide the design of IAM platform including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple technologies, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
Perform a variety of IAM Engineering/Architectural tasks and activities that are concerned with system design, integration and implementation
Perform research, analysis and formulates recommendations regarding technology, products and solutions to fulfill the requirements within the organization. Identifies potential risks, analyze cost vs benefits and potential impact on operations associated with new product and services
Maintaining and further enhancing the company’s IAM framework, models and tools for delivering services as well as developing and providing feedback architectural and design specifications that utilize the technologies.
Work with various stakeholders to build cloud strategy for Identity and Access Management platform and slowly reduce dependency on on-premise hosted services.
Experience
6- 10 years of relevant IAM domain experience
Understanding of various standards involved in IAM like OAuth, OpenID, SAML, LDAP, FIDO, SCIM, TLS etc…
Experience of working with IGA technologies from various vendors like OIM, SailPoint etc..
Hands on Experience with PingFederate and AzureAD
Experience of working with Directory services from various vendors like Oracle, Ping and Microsoft.
Cloud experience a must
