As seen via DNSViz.net, the blackboard.com domain appears to be currently broken:  https://dnsviz.net/d/blackboard.com/ZE7VMQ/dnssec/
It is DNSSEC-signed, but not returning any DNSKEY records.  When queried directly:

Only on Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 the A record for any of our hosts. Our primary domain callutheran.edu resolves as well as all of our other hosts except for bblearn.callutheran.edu (A record callutheran.blackboard.com )
