Help with old data from Network Solutions

Hello DNS world: 

Google seems to be holding on to very old data from network solutions.  

I changed the dns for webapp.veppi.org from being in the *. veppi.org to its own IP of 

But when I test it on google's test site: 
Status 0
TC false
RD true
RA true
AD false
CD false
Question

sometimes I get:

Note that the second response is the correct one, but why is it sometimes time traveling back to a week in the past? 

Any idea how to resolve this?  I tried clearing the google DNS cache
