Amazon Prime Video

The streaming is paid for as a part of the overall Amazon package, but probably 50% or more items shown are rent or buy above and beyond. To top that, the content sucks. Apart from a freevee show I've been watching (not theirs), no one in my family even uses the app anymore. If there was an option to cancel the streaming thus reducing the price of the shopping service (although that has begun over the last couple years to have enough issues of its own), I'd cancel in a heartbeat.

Pretty good. I have suggestions: 1. The video is so dark, especially ant night, I have to sit in an entirely black room, set the brightness to daylight mode, and STILL can't see the picture because it's so dim. 2. Playback gets choppy after about 10 seconds. Touching the screen to show the controls fixes it for another 5-10 seconds. Leaving a finger on the screen also works. 3. Tap anywhere on the left/right side to skip forward and back instead of exclusively using the buttons. Thanks!

Some content is great but the functionality is terrible, plus paying for Amazon prime and getting prime video is great but then you add in ads. Not a deal breaker, but annoying and greedy. I'm more annoyed by your apps. Watching on the Roku on TV. I pause and leave for 8 minutes and the whole episode restarts. It's happened several times. Not a real problem, but a problem that no other streaming service seems to have. Just something to consider fixing.
