Frozen City

My rating of this game has slowly been dropping. When I started playing, it was more enjoyable. But the way the hero system is structured has taken away the enjoyment. When you start out, you have to get heros and level them up to produce more resources. But then the buildings will start to require that your hero be a certain level to have a worker in the spot. So you can upgrade a building to max output with say 5 workers possible, but because of the hero only be able to have 1 worker assigned.

I've only gotten to city 4 and I'll be honest, I've been stuck with one last airship task to complete for 3 days. I haven't spent any money in the game but I have used the ad reward loot boxes, etc. I enjoyed the main city tasks and also appreciated the constant new side events but I just don't find this type of idle wait (especially if you don't pay to increase 2 hour limit of what you get when you're offline) much fun anymore. Loved the graphics and gameplay, maybe I'll start over someday!

Love this game, been playing it for years. Unfortunately I've had issues lately receiving my gifts. I contacted them, they stated I needed a screen shot or video of the issue. So when it happened again right away, I sent screen shots. They then told me I needed a video, but I argued. They gave me the run around but ended up sending the screen shots to whoever too check and they decided my screen shots are WRONG and I actually rec'd my stuff. I'll never spend another dollar, don't waste your time
