The app has gotten worse over the last year or so. Recently I tried to remotely access my R7000 router to reboot it, but it looks like it's no longer an option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but now it keeps saying something went wrong with logging in. Now I can't use the app at all. I reset my password, just in case. Newp...not the issue. Firmware is up to date. If remote access is a necessity, I suggest looking at other manufacturers. Logging in remotely via web browser is gone too...

Worked ok til this morning. When I try to block a device, now just tells me 'try again later'. All expected devices appear properly connected in the app, just can't selectively block them from connecting to the router itself or the internet anymore. Rebooted router, ckecked firmware update, etc. No effect. App is now useless to me. Access control still working if logged into router as admin via web browser, however.

Absolutely ridiculously buggy app. Ever since using my Nighthawk router I'm getting ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT, so I opened a chat in the app. The agent asked me to take an picture of where I'm seeing it, and I gave the app permissions, and it continued to tell me it didn't have the right permissions. So I backed out to go to my phone settings and adjust permissions for the app, and now I can't get back into the chat. I also can't open a new chat because "Chat Session Active". STUPID.
