Pokémon Go used to have the feature to turn ON and OFF the AR feature when playing with the Pokémon. I just reinstalled it and found that specific feature is gone!! I'm not happy with that decision, I should be able to play games in my own home without having any video or images of the inside of my home being on screen or possibly recorded. This needs to be fixed asap!!! My personal privacy and safety should not have to be compromised by companies and organizations because I want to play a game.

This app has so many bugs and support is terrible. Time and time again submitting bugs is useless. You will get people that don't listen and bots. For the game itself the concept is mostly good but the delivery is terrible. I don't think I've seen any other game or website with bugs and "support" like this. This app needs better tech support, better developers and less events to be able to truly work on issues before rolling out new issues.

My wife and kids enjoy the game, and have spent a chunk of money on in-game purchases, have played it since it first came out. However, the app crashes all...the...time. With last night's update, it won't even complete loading. Looking online, this is not abnormal. I wish they'd fix the silly thing so it stops crashing, because it makes the experience infuriating, especially when you're trying to trade or do raids.
