CCleaner Pro isn't the "better" I was hoping for. Right away I had apps freezing, unable to update or Apps I need, being forced into "Deep Sleep" with no option to "skip". I do love their free version! That one is quick, easy, not too heavy with the ads and it does enough. Perhaps help from CC support will change ☝️ my opinion. I think all CCLEANER versions should be for us "glued to our phone" folks who need simple, straghtforward options. If you have time to deep dive every setting, go for it

Hi, the app should not slow your device down and normally it does not. But it can happen with some configurations. If you feel your device is slower after installation, please contact us directly from the app (Menu → Help & support → CCleaner direct support). Thanks, Renata*CCleaner

Support? Good luck! I filled out the form for support 4 times. Instead of submitting my request it told me I was a robot and to refresh my screen and try again. I did, 4 times. If the free version works for you, excellent. Just never give them money. Support suggested I should have waited longer for a response before writing the review. They totally ignored the fact that they couldn't respond. That their own program was deliberately preventing any requests being sent to support.

I accidentally paid a couple more times, and I sent them 2 emails asking for refunds for the extra 2 payments. But no one has replied to my emails. I had paid for the basic plan and then decided to purchase the pro plan. I clicked upgrade and thought I was paying for it. But apparently, I just paid for the basic again. I went back to the main page to rescan, and when I got the results, it was asking me to upgrade to delete everything. They are not professional at all.
