Office Cat: Idle Tycoon Game

Don't get me wrong, the game is great. Visuals are quirky and cute, but a major problem is the progression. In my opinion, a game that requires me to either A: watch 12 ads in a row or B: spend a minimum amount of money to make progress (in this case $20🤦‍♂️) is a effortless game. I personally find no issue with the idea of making progression faster through spending whatever amount suits you, but when that's the ONLY way to progress, it immediately shows you the type of game it is, a cash grab.

I really like this game but the amount of gems required for objects like picture frames is ridiculously high when the business workers require them. It is also difficult to maintain plants once you have more than one or two. Lastly, bringing down the about earned from investment properties really will slow progress down considerably. I paid for no-ads which has been nice but I don't know that I would recommend it for others.

Fun game and a good idle game to keep playing on the side of doing work. They really put some great effort into the many different strategies that one can take to advance player levels within the game and gain new locations, plants, items, etc. for fun or for power-ups. The addition of several new interactive elements in the last update is great as well. However, the price point for in-game features is rather high and play-passes do not apply in-game. $8/weekly challenge? No friend features?
