    How do repairs work?

    Walk-in

    Visit a nearby authorized partner location to get your Pixel phone repaired. Repairs are typically completed the same day of dropoff. Repair timeline may vary based on location constraints (e.g. demand, part availability, etc.).

    Mail-in

    Mail in your device for repair and get it back good as new. When we receive it, we’ll inspect it and confirm the reported damages match what needs to be fixed.
