If you want to print, save, or customize any of our Learning Center guides, follow the steps below.
Print a Learning Center guide
- In the Learning Center guide, select the text you want.
- Right-click the selected text.
- In the menu, select Print.
- Choose one of the following options:
- If you're using the Chrome browser, print the selection. View details on how to print from Chrome .
- If you're using other browsers, follow their instructions on how to print selected text.
Save a Learning Center guide as a PDF
- In the Learning Center guide, select the text you want.
- Right-click the selected text.
- In the menu, select Print.
- Choose one of the following options:
- If you're using the Chrome browser, print the selection. Then, in the Destination field, select Save as PDF. View details on how to print from Chrome .
- If you're using other browsers, follow their instructions on how to save webpages as PDF files.
Customize a Learning Center guide
- In the Learning Center guide, select the text you want.
- Right-click the selected text.
- In the menu, select Copy.
- Choose one of the following options:
- To customize the Learning Center guide as a document, create a new Google Docs file .
- To customize the Learning Center guide as a presentation, create a new Google Slides file .
- In your new file, right-click the page and select Paste.
- (Optional) Customize the content you pasted in the file.
Create a custom training site
If you want an internal training resource for your organization, you can create a custom Google Sites website with links to guides from the Google Workspace Learning Center. You can then add company branding (such as logos ) and choose which guides to include (such as products that are available at your workplace).
To create a custom training site, visit Get started with Sites .
To include links to Learning Center guides, copy the URL of the guide, then insert the link to text on your custom site .
Note:Learning Center guides cannot be embedded in Google Sites .
