In order to keep Google Play Books safe for our users and publishing partners, Google does not permit unauthorized books or violating books or accounts on Google Play. 

You may use this form to submit an appeal if you disagree with Google’s decision against your book or account or if you have removed or fixed the violating content.

Note: If Google removed your book(s) due to a conflict with content submitted by another party, you first need to contact the other party and request that they deactivate the content in their account. Once the other party has completely deactivated the content in their account, use this form to request that Google review your content again.
