Verify emails for appointments

To prevent unwanted bookings, you can ask guests without a Google Account to verify their email before they book an appointment.

• To use email verification for appointment schedules, you need to have an eligible Google Workspace subscription. Learn more about premium features for appointment schedules .
• By default, email verification is off.
• When you sign in to a Google Account and make an appointment:
  • Your booking details are pre-filled.
  • You aren't asked to submit a PIN.

Turn email verification on or off

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar .
2. Create or edit an appointment schedule.
3. Under “Booking form,” check or uncheck the “Require email verification” box.
4. Click Save.

Verify your email to you book an appointment

1. Fill out the booking form with your email address.
2. Check your email for a PIN.
3. On the booking page, enter the PIN.
4. Click Submit.
