What we support
Google provides support for issues directly related to the functionality and performance of the Cameyo platform and its core Virtual Application Delivery (VAD) features. This includes:
- troubleshooting unexpected VADbehavior
- providing guidance on VADusage
- addressing VADplatform outages
What we do not support
Certain areas fall outside our standard support scope, such as:
- troubleshooting third-party applications
- underlying operating system issues not caused by Cameyo
- customer-specific network infrastructure problems
Services like customized development, extensive training, or in-depth consulting are typically handled as professional services and are not included in standard support tiers.
