    You are a Google Play or Chrome Web Store developer if you publish apps or extensions on these platforms.

    You must be a developer to proceed with this form.

    To find your Merchant ID, sign in to your Google Play Console account and click  Settings in the left navigation panel. Your Merchant ID can be found under Developer account, then under Payments settings, and scroll down to the "Public merchant profile" header.
