You can send product reviews data to Google in the following ways:
- Upload your product reviews data source directly in your Merchant Center account. You can also view the Data source specifications article to learn how to properly format your product reviews data source.
- Work with an approved third-party reviews aggregator (listed below) to have Google fetch reviews directly from them.
When deciding which method to use to submit product reviews data, consider your familiarity with setting up data sources, the resources you have for maintaining them, and whether you already have a third-party reviews aggregator. The chart below outlines some benefits and challenges of each method.

If you choose to work with a reviews aggregator, you can select from the list of eligible aggregators.
Note: The Product Ratings program is supported in every country in which shopping is available, but not every aggregator will support all countries. Remember to confirm country availability with your aggregator contact.
Eligible aggregators list
- If you are part of the Bazaarvoice Network, contact Bazaarvoice support to opt in to Full-Network syndication. This will enable automatic syndication to Google.
- If you are not part of the Bazaarvoice Network, complete and submit the Partner Syndication Request form
to enable the feature at no additional fee.
- Make sure the domain submitted in the form matches the domain in your Merchant Center account.
- Once enabled, Bazaarvoice will continuously provide up-to-date content to Google.
- Make sure the product catalog data you share with Bazaarvoice is consistent with the catalog data that you share with Google as Google uses your catalog data to match products.
- To use Google Shopping Feed, you must be an Emplifi Ratings & Reviews client and have your reviews catalog in Emplifi. To begin sending your collected reviews to Google:
- Contact your Emplifi Customer Success Manager to enable the Google Shopping Feed feature or request a demo .
- Emplifi handles feed setup after you enable the feature.
- Ensure you are an active Kudobuzz client collecting reviews from your website. Syndication to Google is generally available only on the Dinner plan. Please contact the Kudobuzz support team to enable a product ratings feed to your account. To participate you must have:
- A Google Shopping Ads account
- A minimum of 50 reviews in your Product Ratings feed.
- Product should have globally unique product identifiers such as GTINs (Global Trade Item Numbers)
- Google Shopping integration is a paid add-on module, not included in core Trustpilot plans. Please contact our support team to learn more about pricing and to receive a demo. To get started:
- After sufficient review collection and setup, Trustpilot automatically submits product reviews to Google daily. Google's processing time varies.
- Optionally, use Trustpilot's SEO Product Review TrustBox for schema.org markup.
- For issues, check minimum review count (50), product identifier matching, and Google Shopping Ads star rating application status. Consult Trustpilot support for further help.
- Ensure you are actively collecting reviews from your website and have signed up for a Yotpo Starter Plan (or up) to enable Google Shopping Syndication. Yotpo free plan is not supported. Prerequisites:
- A Google Merchant Center Account
- Identical product catalogs on Google Merchant Center and Yotpo
Aggregators may charge fees. Google does not control or moderate these fees.
