The YouTube channel you submitted does not match your organization
Make sure that you’re submitting your organization’s YouTube channel in your Google for Nonprofits account. The YouTube channel should be easily verified as belonging to your organization.
Your next steps:
- Update your channel to reflect the connection to your organization, or add a direct link to this YouTube channel on your official nonprofit website.
- Sign into your Google for Nonprofits account and resubmit your YouTube activation request.
Alternatively, you can submit a different channel for activation .
You don't have a YouTube channel
Your organization needs to have an existing YouTube channel in order to activate the YouTube Nonprofit program. If your organization doesn't have a YouTube channel, you can create one
.
Once you have a YouTube channel, find your channel ID
and use it to activate the YouTube Nonprofit Program.
You need to change the channel activated with the YouTube Nonprofit Program
If you need to change the YouTube Channel that is activated with the YouTube Nonprofit Program, log into your Google for Nonprofits account and under "YouTube Nonprofit Program" click on Change channel IDand follow the steps . Changing your nonprofit's channel ID is permanent and all associated nonprofit features will be transferred to the new channel.
