- Open an existing notebook.
- In the "Studio" panel, navigate to the "Slide Deck" section.
- Select the title of the Slide Deck you wish to load.
- Once you have identified the slide deck you wish to change, choose “revise” (the pencil icon)
- On each slide, input your instructions for revisions. You can change more than one slide, and your instructions will be grouped under “Pending Changes’.
- Add/removing slides is not yet supported; however, you can try editing text, changing layouts, or updating visuals.
- At this time, sources are not taken into account during revisions.
- When you are ready, select “Generate new deck” to regenerate your deck with revised slides. Editing existing slides is faster than generating a new deck from scratch.
Tip: Batch your slide revisions. Every time you generate a revision, NotebookLM creates an entirely new slide deck. While there is no limit to the number of individual slides you can revise within a slide deck, there are quota limits to the total number of slide decks you can revise.
