Use payments center to see and change product orders and subscriptions.
See product orders
To see orders you made through Google and their receipts, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Payments profile .
- Click Subscriptions & services.
- Find the product you want to view, or choose View purchases.
- To open the receipt, click an order.
Change product orders
Click the link at the bottom of the order receipt to contact Google to:
- Ask a question about your order
- Make a return or get a refund
- Cancel an order
Note:You cannot remove orders from the Google payments transaction list.
If you want to see if a refund was processed, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Payments profile
- Click Subscriptions & services.
- Find the product or service you requested a refund for, then click Manage. If you don’t see it, find "Other purchase activity" and click View purchases.
- If you see the refund transaction, your refund has been processed.
If you see a charge for the order on your bank statement after canceling it, it's pending authorization and will disappear within a few days.
If your order was put on hold or canceled and you’re not sure why:
- Sign in to the Payments profile
- Click Subscriptions & services.
- Find the product or service that got canceled and click Manage . If you don’t see it, find "Other purchase activity" and click View purchases.
- Find the cancellation reason next to the order name.
If it was canceled because of a declined card, follow these steps to update your card information .
If it was canceled for another reason,contact the merchant 's support team (i.e. Google Play support ). You can find support contact information in the merchant's Help Center.
