To comply with local tax laws in Uganda, Google is required to charge 18% VAT on all taxable goods and services unless we have your Uganda Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

If you are registered for VAT in Uganda, please provide us with your TIN so that we can correctly assess tax.

Google can’t advise you on tax matters, so please contact your tax advisor for any questions regarding this change.
