After you send your item for repair
- After we receive your mailed-in repair, updates start to appear on your Google Store Repair history . Allow 2–3 days for your device to be delivered to us.
- Allow up to 10 business days for the mail-in process to be completed and returned to you.
- If you request a prepaid shipping package, we’ll send it in up to 2 business days.
For pending or declined updates
- If your repair order needs an update after our inspection, you'll be asked for approval in an email with a subject line: “Action needed: Approve changes to repair order immediately, RMA# xxx.”
- You have 10 days to approve or decline the update.
- If you decline the update, your device won’t be repaired and it'll be returned in up to 2 business days.
- After you approve the final cost and complete checkout, the order will be completed in up to 3 business days.
