- For in-warranty devices and damages, there’s no charge for the repairs.
- For out-of-warranty devices or damages, the estimated repair cost is on the last page before you create your order.
- All damages in the repair order are repaired at the same time so partial repairs aren't available.
You might be charged for repairs even if your device is in warranty because the manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover certain damage types. Some frequently excluded damage types include:
- Cracked screens
- Cosmetic damage
- Liquid damage
- Internal damages that may not be visible
Actual repair costs may be higher than the quoted estimate. If there's a discrepancy between the estimated quote and the actual cost, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can approve the cost change before the repair can begin.
