Get roadside help from other Wazers
- Open Waze
- Tap
- Swipe up to open the full menu
- Tap Roadside help
- Tap Fellow Wazers
- Tap the type of help you need:
- Out of gas
- Flat tire
- Battery issue
- Medical issue
- Other
- Tap Requestor tap to share your location with a friend
A roadside help icon will appear in your location to let other Wazers know where you are and what you need help with. The icon will be live for 30 minutes. You can tap the icon at any time to cancel your request.

These reports share your location with a local 3rd party partner who can provide help.

- Tap Road assistance. A list of professionals in your area appears.
- Tap beside the relevant service to make a call
- Tap the relevant service
- Tap Send your locationto help them find you
Call emergency services
These reports share your location with a local 3rd party partner who can provide help.

Note:You must be near your car when submitting the request. If you lose internet connection while sending a report, Waze will save the request and automatically submit it once you reconnect to the network.
