    Email RECALL for end-users (ToogleBox RECALL add-on)

With email Recall, end-users can recover their own sent emails within the domain. No need
to ask an admin for help.

It is very useful when sending emails to the wrong recipient, accidentally replying-all to an email, or writing mistaken information in an email.

The superadmin can configure the service by choosing the maximum send-recall time, who will be able to recall and allowing/disallowing to recall already read emails.

This service is only for Google Workspace ™ domains. NOT for personal Gmail ™ accounts

    I installed it on my G-suite but not able to make it work. Google technical support was not able to help me make it available to use for email boxes in my domain.

    You must install ToogleBox from the Google Workspace Marketplace and then install the ToogleBox Recall add-on. Every end-user will have the possibility to recall their own internal emails when needed. The Recall add-on will appear on the right-side panel. You must select the email you want to recall and then click on the add-on.

    App Recall feature doesn't work when you send mails to other domains. It always give unviable error.

    What he meant was if you are sending an e-mail to someone on another domain then your own domain won't allow you to recall it. Being able to recall any e-mail you send is kind of the point Brajesh was looking for, as I was, but it won't work. Too bad. The 30 seconds Google gives to reflect on your poor decision to send would be a lot more helpful if it lasted a minute or so.
