I love the Caseta switches, voice control (with the hub) is awesome. I'd give it 5 stars, but I wanted to use the switch + remote to convert a three-way switch into a 4-way. This is possible, but the instructions included in the package were incomplete, and did not tell me to go to the website for the full instructions for replacing a switch in a 3-way circuit with the Caseta switch, turning a simple, quick install into a multi-hour headache. But now everything is working and it's great, as usual. I don't know why the builders didn't put a switch where I put the remote in the first place. I'd buy more of these switches if they weren't so expensive. I now have 5 of them in the townhouse, bought one at a time, and I want more. If I move, I'll probably take them with me....

Great product. Works as a normal switch, 3 way switch (using the remote) and can also be used with home automation (using the Lutron Hub). I used this in a warehouse to add a switch close to the entry door. The hard wired switch was hidden by shelving and a pain to get to. This is the most cost effective way to add a switch where you want it. The pico remote mount to the wall. The only downside I can see is needing to replace the small battery in the remote (depending on usage, I shouldn't need to do this for a few years). Very happy with the product.

I just installed the switch and the remote and they seem to work just fine. I had a remote switch from another producer before and that one now goes to garbage. Lutron is much better because a) the remote works reliably b) no relay clicking and c) works with my 9w (60w light output) LED bulb - no flickering when on, no strobing when off. The price is twice as much but I finally got what I wanted.
