They are good
Giving 3 star because of QVC, the product itself works good. Haven't really had them long enough to find out much more about the plugs.
QVC has sent me 2 orders now in the past few months that were either returns/used/displays. I'm pretty sure this is the case with these plugs, either returns or used. The packaging was crushed on these plugs & the had tape on the packaging when it arrived. Cost too much to return if that is the case, but as long as the plugs work that is what matters. Just would of been nice to have new ones for the price I am paying. If used they should be marked down a bit.
I haven't gotten use for all the plugs yet but I thought about sharing with my children because I only needed 2 but I ordered a 4 pack. I will see how it goes and try to make an update on the plugs in a few weeks.

Appear to be counterfeits
Even though they list the exact same model number as the plugs I already use, the energizer app says it cannot add these. I believe them to be counterfeits because there are also differences in the construction. And even though QVC sold me counterfeit goods they’re charging nine bucks to ship it back on return. Never buying here again.
Excellent product; very efficient.
The app set up was fairly easy. It works great so far - 3 days. One of the plugs is in our backyard far away from Wi-fi. I brought it inside the house to finish setting up and then plugged it outside. It worked!! Love it. A pro-plumber also recommends the Energizer plug & app. We recommend it too!
Simple and fast to setup
Easy to set up and use. I simply downloaded the Energizer Connect app on my android phone added my wi-fi information and it was ready in seconds to pair up the smart plug mini. A real plus is that I was able to sync it with our Alexa. I chose the smart plug mini to control our living room lamp, because when that lamp gets turned off at night the room becomes very dark and you have to be extra cautious not to bump into something and there is nothing worse than getting all comfortable in bed only to realize that someone forgot to turn off the light and having to get back up and go turn it off. With the smart plug I can choose to either control it through the app or anyone in the house can simply command it to Alexa. You can also do scheduled timing to whatever device you have plugged into the smart mini to turn on/off at your choosing.
