Do not special order from the store.
Do not order from the store, you have to pay before they will order and they keep your money for 4=6 weeks before product arrives. I cannot give a review on the product as I do not have it yet. However I am hoping they will match existing blinds, that I like very much.abd have had them on my windows for several years. You have to double check measurements and do not depend on their “professionals”. I had issues with this order, but the store manager was extremely helpful in straightening it out for me. I look forward to having a beautiful new window treatment. I am gradually replacing mini blinds. The 2” slats are so much easier to clean.
Great blinds but not able to order single parts
Great product - but you need to know what exactly you want before you order. With a custom order - it’s either all or nothing. I didn’t order mine with a valance return and did not know that the clip was the large - so my blinds looked awful after install. If I want the valance return, I simply CANNOT just order the valance, I would have to take all the blinds down and return them only to start the process over with a new set. I would GLADLY pay for the valance only and told both Lowe’s and Bali that but neither one was able to help. Bali did send me the small clip so now at least the valance is flush with the wall. I’m just not happy and should just return the entire set and order from somewhere else to be honest.

This product arrived undamaged, the product looks professional and well made. We spent a few hours installing them. Our measurements were spot on, the fit is amazing. The color is as described and does resemble the color photo on the website. No surprises. The only thing we wish we could have done is the cloth tape for a visual feature but that was not possible if you also wanted the easy lift feature. We decided with pets, it was more important to have less cords so we went with easy lift.

Not what I was hoping for.
Similar, much cheaper plastic blinds are a lot better quality and look than these. Mounts are terrible, the blinds shift and move inside the brackets. Also, did not come with correct brackets. They rattle and are noisy. Operation is not smooth and loud. Valance came with out all necessary parts and was cut the wrong length.
Lots of modifying and tweaking to get them to fit and operate. The whole process has put me off from ordering blinds online completely.
