You can retrieve a user profile by its ID using a GET request to the specified URL.
The profileId
is the only required path parameter for this request.
The request body must be empty, while the response body contains a UserProfile object if successful.
The request requires one of three specified OAuth authorization scopes.
Gets one user profile by ID.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding
syntax.
