You might find information from other fitness apps that you have on your phone when you open Google Fit. You can check which apps share data with Fit and disconnect any apps you don't want.
Disconnect apps from Google Fit
- On your Android phone, open the Google Fit app.
- Tap ProfileSettings
Manage connected apps.
- To view the list of apps connected to Google Fit, tap the Down arrow Google Fit apps & devices.
- To stop sharing info between Fit and another app, tap on the app Disconnect Disconnect.
