Chuch of El Olivar

Mr Antonio Herrera Casado, chronicler of the province of Guadalajara, writes: the parish church of El Olivar is consecrated to the assumption of the virgin and is a splendid example of Renaissance architecture . Its origin is extremely old. It was certainly populated in the time of the Reconquista, in the first half of the 12th century.
