Drew says: "Never having experienced anything of this magnitude, a lot of adjustments were required with daily changes to cope with Covid patients. In the initial stages when the death rate was very high, that was mentally/emotionally draining and the hardest thing was knowing that patients who couldn't be saved were pretty much dying alone, relatives/friends couldn't be with them in their time of need."
