Flaó, a typical cheesecake from Ibiza, is traditionally prepared on Easter Sunday, but these days can be enjoyed all year in restaurants and bakeries. Although its origins date back to the Middle Ages, today’s Flaó recipe has been preserved by locals following exactly the same method, merging tradition and flavor with aromas of goat and sheep cheese, and mint.

Recipe created by Sandra Muñoz Boal (El Aderezo).
