Rosie says: "Megan Cavanagh is a student nurse and works at Aintree Hospital near Liverpool. The image she sent me was following a long and difficult shift on a Covid ward during the height of the pandemic. She was physically and emotionally drained. We are so indebted to our NHS heroes."

Meg says: "I have been nursing on a red ward (Corona Virus positive) & have seen many upsetting cases. I’ve sat & held the hand of patients with Covid as they pass away. This photo was at the end of a very tough and emotional shift. Hopefully there will be a rainbow at the end of the storm."
